Sprouting broccoli is one of the delights of a kitchen garden in spring. In this episode I talk about how to grow it, and why you might not want to. Alternatives include broccoli raab (AKA cima di rapa and rapini) and kailaan (AKA Chinese broccoli, Chinese kale).

There’s also an update on what’s been happening in the Grow Dome this week, and some hints on getting a head start on pest reduction.
