Growing Challenge

I have signed up for the Growing Challenge, hosted by Elements in Time.
The idea, basically, is to grow something new from seed this year and to publish a weekly blog post about progress.
I’ve already blogged my list of new things that I’m planning on growing this year. There may be others.
It’s February, and it’s freezing, so it will be a while before this really kicks off in my garden! However, according to Anne Swithinbank in the February issue of Grow Your Own early February is a great time to sow early calabrese seeds under cover (to avoid the inevitable caterpillars that appear later in the season), so I might give that a go.
