Growing challenge: Calabrese

A couple of days ago, I sowed the first seeds of the Growing Challenge year.

Although the sun is out and light is finally getting into the Grow Dome, it’s still far too early in the year to do much sowing. I sowed half a dozen modules of Tiara F1 calabrese, an early calabrese which I could be harvesting in as little as 73 days from now (which I reckon is towards the end of April).

The maximum temperature in the Grow Dome yesterday was 21°C.
The overnight minimum was 0°C.
